LifeSense Institute is a nonprofit corporation, organized in 2006, on Vashon-Maury Island in Washington.  We are dedicated to improving quality of life on Vashon-Maury Island and globally with imaginative, creative solutions to some of the complex problems facing people today.  We facilitate scientific and social innovations to achieve humanistically-oriented sustainability.

BuildingCircles Project: facilitate affinity-based, affordable and sustainable communitY development to  support independent living for adults.  Vashon Energy Project: develop innovative solar heating technologies that are suitable for Vashon-Maury Island and the Pacific Northwest

FUTURE PROJECTS
 

introduce neighborhood-based solar technologies and services to achieve affordable habitation with non-pulluting energy sources. initiate solar heated, year-round greenhouses to enable increased organic food production.  develop healthcare innovations and inventions that can improve quality of life share the continuing knowledge stream with programs for environmetal, health care and wellness education.
